Social Media Marketing: Marketing Strategy on Social Media to Build Your Business Brand, what is social media marketing, learn about social media marketing.

free social media marketing
Finally Abdullah Malik revealed his strategy on SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING,learn what is social media marketing and how to use social media marketing.
I will say openly:

Social media marketing tool exaggerated.

Take a look at the statistics, it seems incredible ...

In 2015 there were 38 million Internet users in Pakistan, 75% of them actively use social media at least once a month.

Many right?

But in practice it is not so.

Most people doing social media marketing surrendered within months. Because there are no positive results that they get into the business.

Failed.

Wait a minute ... I straighten before the protest.

Social media marketing is not bad. Many people fail because it is very easy to get stuck in the wrong lane when utilizing social media.

Only this is usually done (and taught):

Create an account, garnished with a photo and fill out their profile
Create an interesting post for getting like / retweet
That alone is not enough. Very pretty.

In order for the efforts you are doing is not in vain please continue reading. In this guide you will learn what social media marketing strategy really is.

1. Determine ONE Major Social Media:

One, nothing more.

Why only one?Instead of more is better?

It is true.Ideally, the more we appear in front of others, the faster we are known.

But there are some considerations to be made:
  • Time
  • Cost
  • Human power
  • Science
If you do not have a problem with all four, please select more than one.

Social media marketing is not simple. This is not just a funny tweet post or upload pictures  meme. And most importantly, do not be automated from social media A to B.

In essence, you as new players will not be directly active in many social media. This will be bad.

Therefore, select social media by:

  • Size: bigger is better, but not necessarily
  • Audience: where the majority of the people you are targeting
  • Content: an effective place for video, pictures / photos, text is not the same

Let's discuss them one by one.

It charts the use of social media in Pakistan from We Are Social:
Facebook occupies the highest position as social media with the highest number of users, followed by Twitter.

Furthermore, the following graph is a graph of the use of social media in Pakistan is based on a lifespan (2013 ):
Of 2 these graph,it appears that Facebook is a social media the most superior than some other rivals.

Does this mean that Facebook the most good?

Could be ... but not necessarily.

The size and age is 2 main factors in determining social media for marketing purposes. In this case, Facebook and Twitter are superior.

But this is still influenced more by the audience and your industry.

To further ensure your choice, let's look at the characteristics of each social media:

Use Facebook if:

You do not want to bother.

Almost everyone is on Facebook in a variety of interests and ages. Most likely your target market is also on Facebook.

But because a very large volume, Facebook has a strict filter.Organically, only less than 1% of the people who follow your Page will interact.

Therefore, you will probably rely heavily on advertising.

In addition, the type of content on Facebook is more diverse. There are many options ranging from just text, images, videos, and links. If you use Facebook, it's good you do not focus only on one type.

Recently.Low frequency content on Facebook, but the quality should be high.

Use Twitter if:

Your target market was young.

As the graph above, Twitter is more popular in the age group 18-35 years.More than that, very rarely use Twitter.

(But the longer the age groups will be more evenly)

On the one hand, Pakistanis Twitter users are more interested with content is short and relaxed. On the other hand, many Twitter users who prefer a link to the website.

So look back at what you market and what your content.

If what you promote can be consumed in 140 letters or can attract other people to visit your website, use Twitter.

Since there is no filter, reach out to followers on Twitter easier than Facebook. Therefore, the frequency content on Twitter should be higher than Facebook.

Use Instagram if:

What you market can be served in a beautiful photo.

If you can not provide a beautiful photo or if you market something that is not able to be used as a photo, do not use Instagram.

Instagram age classes are also currently lower. Based on the above chart, Instagram users in Pakistan are over 45 years of almost non-existent.

Instagram easy to be managed jointly Facebook or Twitter.

This is because the content on Instagram mostly just an image. Images that you upload to Instagram could be reused for the content on Facebook or Twitter.

In addition, the level of interaction by followers on Instagram is much higher.

Use Google+ if:

Do you have content on a website and want to get high rankings in Google.

The unique design of Google+, when follower you use Google Search, the search results from people they follow will be ranked higher.

So even though Google+ is not crowded, but still decent to wear.

In some industries, there is a community on Google+ much more active than Facebook. We recommend that you try to find this community, if any.

Use LinkedIn if:

You are B2B, business to business. Not B2C, business to consumer.

In other words, use LinkedIn if your target market is businesses, not individuals. This is because LinkedIn is filled by professionals and business owners.

2. Set The Personality That You Use:

If you follow some of the brand in the social media accounts, will surely realize that the personality of the accounts differ.

There are relaxing:
There is nothing wrong, both are nice. But there are two things to note:

  • Where that reflects your business
  • Which one is right for your audience
Especially because in Pakistan we have a standard language.Make sure you choose the right one and use it consistently. If your target market age of majority, it would be strange if you use a language that is too casual.

Oh yes, 'serious' not 'rigid'.

The words you use in social media will reflect your business. No one likes to be friends with someone who speaks in stiff like a robot.

These multiple personalities must specify at the beginning:
To select a personality which you should use, answer the following questions:
  1. If your brand is a man, what kind of personality?
  2. What kind of character and style of speech of your audience?
  3. What kind of relationship you want to build with them?
  4. What is the purpose of your content? What is the right personality for that content?
Impression of what you want to get from other people?

3. The Content Strategy For Social Media:

This is the most important part of social media marketing.

Without having interesting content, all the things you do in social media would be useless.

There are many things that can be discussed about the content. More specific to each social media will be discussed in the next chapter.

For now, we will discuss the basic concepts.

Success in social media marketing is determined by three things:
  • Quality of content
  • The timing of the post
  • frequency of posting
Although the quality is high, but if you choose wrong time then the result will be less than the maximum.Similarly to the frequency/number.

Not only that…
We already know some types of content: text, links, images, and video.

It turned out that not all content types will get the same amount of interaction. Specific type of content will get more like / share / retweet.

Let's discuss them one by one.

Type Post On Social Media:

Based on official data released by Twitter, this kind of tweets get retweeted the most:
The above percentages are additional figures compared with regular tweets.

So tweet with the hashtag get + 16% than regular tweets, photos get 35%, 28% video and so on.

On Facebook a little different ...

... This is the kind of post that get the best results on Facebook:
The data above is the result of analysis of Locowise.

Link to get the greatest amount of range, up to 18% for Page who have like over 10 thousand.Followed by text and photos with a range between 7-11%

Therefore, if you want to reach a lot of people on Facebook try to use the link.

Content Themes:

From the graphs above, we already know that the link is the best type of content to social media marketing. Followed by photos and text.

But what is the content of links, photos, and text?

Based on the articles of from HubSpot, here is the type of content most get shared to social media:
  1. List-post: a list of articles [22:14%]
  2. Rev-post: article explanation 'why' [22:32%]
  3. Videos: [18.94%]
  4. How-to: articles guide [18:42%]
  5. What-post: articles describing 'what' [17.88%]
So in conclusion, a post that get the greatest reach in social media is in the form of links. Link of the most popular is the article that contains a list (example).

There is more…

Based on an analysis conducted by OKDork and BuzzSumo to 100 million articles,it turned out that getting the largest share is that can evoke feelings.

This is the feeling of getting the most share:
Feeling the highest of:

  1. Awe (amazed)
  2. Laughter (funny, laugh)
  3. Amusement (entertainment)
  4. Joy (happy)
  5. Anger (angry)
  6. Empathy (empathy)

Best post type is a link to the article list (list post) which included photos and is able to evoke a feeling of awe.

Ideally, such that,

But in practice, you should combine their own. Because not all of the industry, target market, and demographics have the same interests.

Frequency And Time of Posting:

As explained earlier, the optimal frequency for Facebook, Twitter, and other social media is different. There are better if a lot, there also should not be too much.

This is the optimal frequency  for each social media:

  1. Facebook: maximum 2x a day and 5-10x week
  2. Twitter: 5x a day or more
  3. LinkedIn: 20x 1x per day and per month
  4. Google+: 3x daily maximum
  5. Pinterest: 5x a day or more
  6. Instagram: 1-2x a day or more
It's the frequency, now is the time ...
... Rush hour or hour empty, whichever is optimal?

Not that easy.

If we write the rush hour, it then we will be quickly covered by others. Finally, do not look. While on an empty hour only a few people are active.

The answer varies depending on who your target.

This is the best time to tweet in order to get the number of clicks, based Buffer:
There are no specific studies for Pakistan, but this minimum we can use as a reference.

For Facebook, you can see immediately from the Page you have.

As this example to Page SearchEngineBurg on Facebook:

From the picture above, it turns out most online SearchEngineBurg follower at 9pm.Because it is the best time to make a post about 0-2 hours earlier.

Again, this figure varies depending on their demographics.

Therefore, you should check your own optimal time posts.

3. Keep a Regular Schedule For Social Media:

Social media marketing is not a one-way job, but sustainable.

No matter how good your content, if only done once in a while is not going to work. The follower will forget about you.

One more…

Social media marketing is not only creating content.

There are other jobs that MUST be done, some of them:
  1. Interact with followers and influencers
